Flybe's majority shareholder sells entire stake

The majority shareholder of Exeter based airline Flybe has sold its entire shareholding.

The 48.1% stake owned by the Walker Family Trust through Rosedale Aviation Holdings Ltd was sold for £25.2m.

The move marks the end of a long standing relationship between the airline and the Walker family.

The South West was the only region in the UK to see a rise in unemployment in the last quarter, up 0.4% to 6.4% of the working age population (those aged 16 to 64).

Police in Plymouth are appealing for any witnesses to contact them after a man was punched to the face outside a Plymouth nightclub.
