The RSPCA has launched a new campaign to change the law on how labels on meat show how an animal was killed

The campaign began in response to a proposal in the European Parliament which on labelling that will indicate if an animal was stunned before death.

Appeal after Southway street robbery in Plymouth

Police are investigating a street robbery that took place on Inchkeith Road in the Southway area of Plymouth this week.

The incident took place around 2.15pm on Tuesday 19 November. A woman was allegedly approached from behind and a man grabbed £500 in cash from her coat pocket which had just been withdrawn from a nearby bank.
