Police in the Plymouth area are searching for 40-year-old Robert Moogan, who is wanted in connection with a recall to prison due to a breach of his licence conditions.
The police would like any information relating to his whereabouts or to assist in finding him and are proactively following a number of lines of enquiry to locate him. He will be arrested once found.

A 75-year-old local woman has died following a serious collision on the A395 near Camelford in Cornwall.
Police and other emergency services were called to the incident at the junction of an unclassified road signed St Clether and the A395 at Hallworthy at around 11.10am on Tuesday 12 November. The collision involved two cars – a red Peugeot 206 and a blue VW Passat.
