Retirement wishes to Oddfellows members Bro. Lance and Sis. Della English

After many years of service on the Committee of Management of the Plymouth and Truro District Oddfellows, husband and wife Bro. Lance and Sis. Della English are finally retiring.

Their membership of the Oddfellows Friendly Society, which extends back over 50 years, will be continuing though, and so their association with the organisation will endure.

Plymouth Oddfellows provide wheels for ‘Horizons’ sailing charity

Plymouth’s ‘Pride of the West with St. Andrew’s Lodge’ of the Plymouth and Truro District Oddfellows has recently supported the ‘Horizons’ Children’s Sailing Charity by supplying sets of wheels for use on their dinghy trailers.

A large collection of shower gels, shampoos, razors and soaps amongst many other similar personal hygiene products were recently donated to the Salvation Army’s ‘Devonport Lifehouse’ facility following the money to purchase them being raised by members of the Oddfellows Friendly Society in Plymouth.
