FREE craft making days: Fearsome Feasts

Halloween fun for the family this half-term, 25 & 26 October 2018.

Be a crafty cook at our free half-term making days with activities for all ages, based on the current exhibition, 'Plate Up'. Have fun modelling faux food for a spooky banquet… it may look good enough to eat - but don’t dare try it!

Materials provided, donations welcomed. Under 12’s supervised please. Part of the Family Arts and Family Learning Festival.

The Broadway spook Plymstock locals with a fun-packed Halloween

Families in Plymstock were treated to a fang-tastic Halloween last week, with The Broadway Shopping Centre’s array of spooky activity.

On freaky Friday 27th October, local youngsters enjoyed taking part in the centre’s Sydney spider hunt. Those who found a hidden creepy crawly simply phoned the number attached to Sydney for the chance to win a £50.00 voucher.

Halloween extravaganza with Haunt the Woods, Wildwood Kin and Gareth & Annie

Halloween spectacular with Haunt the Woods plus very special guests this October at the B-Bar.

This gig will spread out across multiple floors of the wonderful Barbican Theatre and B-Bar, will feature guest DJs and support acts and see the band play material from their upcoming album plus live favourites.

Zookeepers carve Hallowe'en animals

Zoo keepers in South Devon have created Halloween versions of the animals for which they care. Staff at Paignton Zoo Environmental Park carved pumpkins with faces inspired by some of the animals at the Zoo.

Nearby Riverford Organic Farms donated several huge pumpkins to the Zoo – a registered charity – so that the keepers could unleash their inner artists.
