Man charged following fires in flats

A man has been charged following a fire at flats in Plymouth.

In the early hours of Thursday the 16th June, Devon and Somerset Fire Rescue Service were called to Valletort Flats in Stonehouse, Plymouth following reports of a fire within the area. Six properties in the area were evacuated but no one was injured.
