All aboard at the new Plymouth Coach Station

The first service will leave from the new Plymouth Coach Station today (Thursday 8 September).

National Express, the biggest coach operator in the country, will run the station which is expected to see over 50 departures a day. Around half of them will be scheduled National Express services, with the remaining scheduled services run by Megabus and SW Falcon.

Opening date revealed for new coach station

Plymouth’s new coach station will open on Thursday 8 September.

Contractor SWH Civils is making good progress on the construction project off Mayflower Street which will replace the old 1950s coach station at Bretonside.

Council approves funding for new coach station

Plans to build a brand new coach station in the heart of Plymouth city centre have taken a major step forward with the approval of Council funding.
