Police are appealing for witnesses following a suspect arson in Crownhill, Plymouth.

Between 4-4.30pm on Sunday 14th June, three young men were seen in the Whin Bank Road area of Crownhill pulling the branches from a tree. The branches were subsequently set on fire outside the bedroom window of a 17-month-old child who luckily wasn’t in the room at the time.
