Work on new homes in Sampford Peverell underway

THE foundations of new homes in Sampford Peverell will be laid imminently, the Edenstone Group has announced.

The homebuilder secured reserved matters planning approval to build 60 homes across a 10.53-acre parcel of land off Higher Town, west of Sampford Peverell last August.
