Alison Hernandez elected new police and crime commissioner

Alison Hernandez (Conservative) has been elected as the new police and crime commissioner for Devon and Cornwall (IoS).

She won with a majority of 3,794 over Gareth Derrick (Labour) after the second round of voting*.
