Community spirit will be alive and kicking at one of the newest neighbourhoods in Tiverton this weekend, as existing residents and anyone thinking of moving to the development are invited to a special ‘meet your neighbour’ event.

Residents at Blundell’s Grange on Meadowsweet Road have organised the event, which will take place from 2pm to 5pm on Sunday 20 September, with David Wilson Redrow South West supporting the gathering by making the development’s show home and garden available. Drinks will be provided, while guests are encouraged to bring their own picnic and enjoy an afternoon getting to know their neighbours.

The event offers prospective purchasers the chance to meet the people who already call Blundell’s Grange home and get a feel for the community that has developed since the development opened in 2023.

Potential buyers will also have the opportunity to speak to the David Wilson Redrow South West sales team about the homes and incentives available at the development, including Part Exchange, which could help make moving to a new home a simpler and quicker process.

Louise Ware, sales director for David Wilson Redrow South West, said: “It’s fantastic to see residents at Blundell’s Grange taking the initiative to bring the community together, and we’re delighted to support them by making the show home and garden available for the event.

“Blundell’s Grange offers the best of both worlds, with a countryside setting on the edge of Tiverton while still being close to the town’s amenities and schools. Events like this are a great way for people considering a move to experience the community first-hand and meet some of the people who already call Blundell’s Grange home.”

Blundell’s Grange offers a range of four and five-bedroom homes in a countryside setting on the edge of Tiverton, with the town’s amenities and schools within easy reach. The development is also well connected, with Tiverton Parkway and the M5 providing links to Exeter, Bristol and beyond.
