Local nursery celebrates 18 years

A South West nursery group, which was launched in Bristol, has celebrated the 18th anniversary of opening its doors to the first children and their families.

The Mama Bear’s Day Nursery and Pre-School group was founded by husband and wife team Tony and Bev Driffield who opened the first setting in Brislington on 8 February 2004.

Old Holne Bridge to be closed for repairs

Urgent repairs are to be carried out to Old Holne Bridge between Poundsgate and Ashburton during the upcoming half term week.
