Torquay Good Afternoon Choir free admission concert

On Thursday 9 July Torquay Good Afternoon Choir invite you to join them in St John the Apostle Church, Montpellier Road, Torquay at 2.30-3.30pm for a Free Admission concert followed by refreshments.   There will be a retiring collection in aid of Headway Devon, the head injury charity.

Torquay Good Afternoon Choir is part of a family of 26 fun and friendly, Mixed-voice Community Good Afternoon Choirs with over 1,000 singers who “sing in the afternoon” around the South West, Wales and London.  The choir rehearses on a Thursday afternoon (term time only) at St John the Apostle Church from 2.00-4.00pm with popular leader, Craig Northway.

Good Afternoon Choir Founder Grenville Jones said:

“This will be a very special concert in Torquay with a mix of music to suit everyone.  Torquay Good Afternoon Choir are raising money for Headway Devon who they voted as the charity they will support throughout 2026.”
