City West Country are delighted to announce the appointment of Christian Constantine as our new After Sales Director

We are delighted to share the news of our new After Sales Director, Christian Constantine. Christian stepped into the role at the start of 2026, following the retirement of our highly respected After Sales Director, Lee Nash, at the end of last year. Christian’s appointment, made in late 2025, marks an exciting new chapter as he takes the reins to continue driving excellence in our after-sales service.

The promotion was a natural step in progression for Christian, who has been with the City West Country group for 14 years. Starting as a Sales Executive at Mercedes-Benz of Plymouth in 2012, Christian worked his way to Sales Controller and then Sales Manager, before becoming General Manager in 2021. Following the launch in BYD Plymouth in 2024, Christian became Group General Manager for City West Country’s retail sites in the Plymouth area.

Christian said: “I am thrilled to be starting a new position as After Sales Director, continuing my journey with City West Country. I’ve got big shoes to fill, but I’m honoured to be working with a fantastic team. I am greatly looking forward to this chapter, with the team continuing to lead the way in After Sales innovation in 2026 and beyond.”
