Liz Lawson, Board Director of Plymouth City Centre Company said: “Plymouth City Centre Company is delighted to welcome back the hugely successful Flavour Fest, the South West’s leading food and drink festival. The celebrity chefs provide entertaining and creative cookery demonstrations for our visitors and we will also be featuring a number our top local chefs on the stage during the weekend. The chefs incorporate local produce within their dishes which is a great endorsement for local food. Visitors can expect a feast of culinary talent.”

Flavour Fest, sponsored by Boringdon Hall, will have over 120 food and drink traders lining the streets, tempting visitors with a range of local produce including fresh fish, cheese, home baked cakes, artisan bread and pastries and cider.  There will be entertainment throughout the weekend and new Demo Marquee and Grow Share Cook areas on Guildhall Square.
