East Devon District Council’s Cabinet has formally adopted the Exmouth Placemaking Plan, following endorsement from both Exmouth Town Council and Devon County Council’s Highways and Traffic Orders Committee (HATOC). The decision marks a major step forward in delivering a coordinated, long‑term vision for the town centre, seafront and key gateways.
