Plymouth City Council is installing new steps on the South West Coast Path near Jennycliff Bay, as part of a £24,000 repair programme for the popular walking route.
The refurbishment gets under way on Monday 3 February and will see the existing wooden steps, which have deteriorated considerably since they were installed in 1998, completely upgraded.
