Plymouth’s History Festival is up and running for the second year in a row and has received an extra funding boost thanks to a grant of £44,200 from the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF).
The festival runs until Saturday 31 May and there are more than 120 events on the programme.

The programme for the Plymouth's 2014 History Festival has gone live and already features nearly 100 different events.
The festival will take place from 1-31 May and aims to bring a number of historical events in the city under one banner as well as provide residents and visitors with a focal point for celebrating and discovering Plymouth's unique heritage.f
