Officers are appealing for witnesses following an incident on Old Laira Road in Plymouth where a vehicle failed to stop after a collision with a child.
On Sunday 22 October at around 6pm, a 12-year-old boy was crossing Old Laira Road next to the bus stop when he was involved in a collision with a car.
