Devon Charities invited to benefit from huge weekend of live music

Charities across Devon are being encouraged to get involved in the county’s biggest music event this summer.

TK Maxx presents Live at Powderham runs for four nights from Thursday June 25 to Sunday June 28, featuring headline shows from vocal powerhouse Teddy Swims, seven-time GRAMMY winner Alanis Morissette and global superstar LewisCapaldi.

And now organisations from across the region are being encouraged to apply to benefit from the event, with a charity partner being selected for each of the shows.

Four successful charities will be invited to have a team of fundraisers on site collecting monetary donations as well as using the opportunity to raise their profile.

Applications must be submitted by 5pm Friday April 10.

Taking place at Powderham Castle estate, near Exeter, TK Maxx presents Live At Powderham is organised by Live Nation promoters Cuffe and Taylor, known for curating world-class events in unique locations.

“This is a brilliant opportunity for charities to not only raise vital funds but to highlight their work to tens of thousands of people attending the weekend and we would encourage organisations across the county to apply.”
