Plymouth diving duo, Tonia Couch and Sarah Barrow have won bronze in the FINA/MIDEA world series event in Guadalajara in Mexico.

The pair followed their recent bronze in the grand prix in Fort Lauderdale with another third place in the 10m synchro, holding off pressure from the Canadian duo in a tightly fought competition.

Former Plymouth Argyle director, Robert Dennerly has died

Plymouth Argyle FC have announced the death of former club director and vice-chairman Robert Dennerly.

The club issued a statement on their website today (Friday 17 May). Robert Dennerly was appointed as a director in June 2002 and was vice-chairman between 2004-2009.

The club said: "Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends at this sad time."
