Match Day Preview: Plymouth Argyle v Cheltenham Town

Plymouth Argyle v Cheltenham Town

League Two, Saturday 6th April 2013, 3pm

Argyle manager John Sheridan will be looking for his team to put Monday's defeat at York behind them as they face another vital game against Cheltenham today.

The relegation battle in League Two is a remarkably close affair with eight teams within four points of one another and still in danger. The Pilgrims are one, lying just above the drop zone and only one point clear while Cheltenham sit comfortably in the play-off places in 4th with a chance of still making the automatic promotion spots.

The Robins arrive at Home Park on the back of a 1-0 win against Norhtampton on Monday.

Plymouth will hope to draw upon their confidence boosting derby victory against Exeter last weekend but know they face a tough game against a good side looking for 3 points themselves.
