Police appeal after garage burglary

Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary at the rear garage of the Foresters Arms public house, situated on Fore Street, Plympton St Maurice in Plymouth.

It is believed that the burglary took place at between 3.20am-4.30am on Saturday 28th March.

The garage is accessed via a small rear lane and was rented to a local carpenter who used it to store tools and power tools.

After entering the garage and stealing tools and power tools valued in the region of £2,000, it is believed that a white car or van was used to transport the tools away from the scene.

Items stolen include DeWalt, Makita and Kango brand power tools.
