Police appeal for witnesses to Plymouth crash

Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone for information to come forward following a road traffic collision at the Pennycomequick Roundabout in Plymouth.

The incident took place between 9.15am and 10.00am on Monday 25 December. A blue Volkswagen Polo was in collision with the railings at the side of the road. Both the car and railings sustained damage.
