Britain’s tribute to Afghanistan heroes

The Royal British Legion is calling on veterans of the Afghanistan conflict to take part in a parade that will follow the Service of Commemoration being held to mark the end of combat operations at St Pauls Cathedral next Friday 13th March.

Following the conclusion of the Service, six detachments of Serving and ex-Service personnel will process from St Pauls to the Guildhall.

Plymouth Taser officer cleared of misconduct

Following a disciplinary panel on Friday, March 6, 2015, it has been ruled that a police officer involved in a Taser deployment which resulted in a fatality will have no further action taken against him by Devon and Cornwall Police.
