Suspect sought after theft from vehicle

Police have released an Evofit of a man they are seeking in connection with a theft from a car in Plymouth.

Officers are investigating a break-in to a Land Rover Freelander in Severn Place, Efford, in the early hours of Sunday 13 March.

A witness saw a man crouching down and hiding beside the vehicle around 2.40am.

Once discovered he ran off with a second man who had appeared from beside the house belonging to the vehicle owner.

It was later discovered that the Freelander has been entered and searched, and a set of keys stolen from within.

Police have now released an Evofit of a man wanted in connection with the offence in the hope that the public can help identify him.
