Parkdean Resorts, the UK’s largest holiday park operator, is looking for seasonal recruits in Devon as it gears up for another busy season.

Driven by strong bookings for 2026, the company is set to recruit over 4,000 people across its 65 UK-wide parks, including over 200 jobs available in Devon. With 250 different careers across its business, the company is hiring for a wide range of seasonal roles across its Devon parks, including chefs, cleaners, receptionists, security and admin.

Parkdean Resorts owns three parks in Devon: Bideford Bay, Challaborough Bay and Torquay Holiday Parks. For more information on the roles available, visithttps://jobs.parkdeanresorts.co.uk.

Employees named the Devon parks as great places to work in Parkdean Resorts’ annual People Engagement Survey. Across Devon, 94% of employees agreed with the statements ‘I am motivated to do my best work in my role’ and ‘I feel supported in my role by my line manager’.

Lisa Charles-Jones, HR Director, Parkdean Resorts, said: “Creating amazing experiences for our guests is central to what we do, and it’s our people who make this possible. We’re proud to offer rewarding seasonal roles across Devon that give people the chance to grow, develop new skills, and build long-term careers in hospitality.

“As we look forward to another busy holiday season, we’re excited to open up new opportunities for people to join our brilliant teams. With bookings already strong for 2026, there’s never been a better time to get involved and help families create unforgettable holiday memories.”

Parkdean Resorts employs over 8000 people across the UK and last year welcomed over 3 million holidaymakers to its 65 parks. In 2025, 32 of their parks and hotels received a Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Award, making Parkdean Resorts the UK’s most awarded holiday park operator. The winning parks span many of the country’s most popular holiday destinations, including Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, East Anglia, the Isle of Wight, the Lake District and Scotland.
