The Dart Masonic Lodge give some guidance

Just prior to the lockdown due to the current Coronavirus outbrake the Dart Lodge made a wonderful donation of £500 to the 1st Dartmouth Guide Unit at a presentation at the Lodge in Lower Street Dartmouth.

The picture shows the Worshipful Master Lloyd Scribbins presenting the cheque to Sharon Jones the Guide leader, also present were Lexi Usher and Louise Potter two of the guides, and Worshipful Brother Bernard Munt a member of the Lodge. The Guides are going to Adelboden in Switzerland and staying at one of the Girl Guide World Centres chalets as part of their 100 year celebrations.

Lloyd Scribbins said, “it is a tremendous pleasure to play a part in the 100 year celebration of Guiding in Dartmouth, a wonderful achievement for the young people of the town”, Sharon Jones replied, “without the support of organisations such as the Dart Lodge, we would not be able to expand and flourish as we have done in Dartmouth”.
