Church Christmas Tree Festival unites community

St Eustachius’ Church in Tavistock is holding its sixth Christmas Tree Festival. 

The event will be officially opened by the Mayor at 2.30pm today (Friday 28 November).

Around 60 local businesses, organisations and charities contribute trees for the glittering event which sees the church full of sparkling trees.

The festival is open daily btween 10.30am and 4.30pm and concludes with a Christingle on Sunday 7 December; apart from Friday 28 November when it opens from 2.30pm to 10pm to link with a Dickensian evening in the town.

Entry is £1 for adults, children are free.
