The monthly market, which hosts over 60 regular stallholders, is now the biggest food market in the area. The Good Food Market, a regular destination for South West ‘foodies’, will offer a host of local food and drink suppliers and producers at the new location of Factory Cooperage. Local produce will include Teign Valley Bakery, The Nature Kitchen and authentic African condiments and sauces made by local chef Kumbirai Gundidza. Market favourite The Olive Branch will also be there on Sunday with a great range of lovely olives and other Mediterranean specialities such as traditional Greek feta cheese, Italian sun dried tomatoes, a superb Tuscan olive oil, as well as homemade tapenades and hummus.

Emily Handslip Director of Urban Splash said: “The Good Food market is growing in popularity and is a firm favourite in the South West foodie calendar. We encourage everyone to come along and enjoy a day of great food in stunning surroundings at Royal William Yard”

People who want to enjoy a fantastic lunch while at the market, can also use the brand new Yard Card, launched for the public and regular visitors to receive exclusive discounts from many of the restaurants and retailers inside Royal William Yard. Yard Card sign up can be done at https://www.royalwilliamyard.com/yard-card . Yard cards will be received in the post, followed by regular exclusive offers, deals, discounts and competitions.

The Good Food market at the Yard takes place on the first Sunday of the month from 10am to 3pm. There's lots of parking at the Yard, payable by pay and display or via the Paybyphone app: https://paybyphone.co.uk, but visitors are encouraged to 'think green' and travel by bus, bike, boat or boot.
