This Easter, take a trip to Cockington Court and discover the Alien Eggs that have landed in the grounds. Pick up a trail map from the Manor House and hunt down the extra-terrestrial creations in this family friendly, Easter Egg trail around the Cockington Court estate.

A team of local sculptures, makers, painters and artists have created a wide range of alien-inspired, eye-catching eggs that offer a twist on the traditional Easter Egg hunt tradition. You won’t know what to expect hiding around the Court buildings and craft studios!

Marissa Wakefield, Cockington Court Director said: “Our community of locally based makers and artists have created a truly unique and out of this world Easter Egg trail designed for the whole family. After hunting down the eggs and exploring our beautiful grounds, you can enjoy a drink and bite to eat in our Seven Dials café or visit our creative makers who are busy at work in their studios; a perfect day out this Easter!’’

Everyone is welcome to explore the trail and see the work of talented, local artists and makers. Trail sheets are available for £2 from the Cockington Court Gallery inside the Manor House and Seven Dials Café. Come back and tell us how many you spot to receive a special chocolate treat!

The trail will be in place from 1-14 April 2022, 11am-4pm daily.

Cockington Court Centre of Creativity is operated by TDA as both a visitor attraction and an innovation centre to cultivate art, culture, and local talent, supporting small local creative businesses.
