Visit South Devon launches new membership scheme to support restaurants, cafes and takeaways

During the unprecedented events of the past couple of years small local restaurants and cafes have suffered tremendously, some having to close completely. These small independent hospitality businesses are part of the ‘lifeblood’ that runs through our region.

With this in mind Visit South Devon have created a new great value membership category which allows us to support these businesses whilst staffing and other issues are still causing very real problems. The new scheme is a very cost-effective way of being able to showcase these fantastic businesses and assist them to flourish once again.

The scheme consists of a website listing on our very successful website www.visitsouthdevon.co.uk  under a new dedicated section ‘South Devon Restaurants, Cafés & Takeaways’. Targeted Blogs will be developed, and social media posts published throughout 2022/3.  In addition, there will be targeted consumer newsletters focusing on these businesses sent out to a distribution list of almost 14,000. With almost 3 million page views in 2021 and 60,000 social media followers what better way to advertise your business!

The new membership scheme is just £99 + VAT per business for 12 months and to make this even more attractive a 50% discount is available to businesses that sign up before 30th September 2022! At £49.50 for 12 months support what have you got to lose?
