National law firm, Enable Law, which has offices located in Bristol, Exeter, London, Plymouth, Southampton, Taunton and Truro, has announced the promotion of two Legal Directors to Partners.
Stacey Bryant and Michelle Biddulph have been promoted in recognition of their outstanding commitment to Enable Law and their field of expertise.
The promotions are part of Enable Law's continued organic growth, investment in the South West and dedication to nurturing legal talent.
Stacey leads the firm's market-leading Mental Capacity team, which has seen significant growth over recent years and now supports over 200 clients nationwide. The team consists of over 30 specialists in Court of Protection work who manage over £200m in assets, making it one of the largest Court of Protection teams in the South West.
Stacey is appointed as Deputy for many of Enable Law's clients who do not have capacity to manage their own affairs. Her extensive experience in Court of Protection cases, specialising in property and financial affairs, makes her an asset to Enable Law's growing team and Partner-level employees.
Michelle leads the Enable Law team in Exeter, managing all types of medical negligence cases. She also leads the Abuse team across Enable law.
Michelle and her team deliver pragmatic advice with the aim of improving patient safety, receiving answers for clients and obtaining life changing compensation enabling clients to improve their lives and connect with charities. Her promotion to Partner is the result of her constant care for Enable Law's clients, and passion for wanting to make their lives easier through vital legal advice.
Michelle is a member of the Law Society's Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme, Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL), a member of Devon & Exeter Medico-Legal Society and a member of Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA).
In addition, Enable Law recently bolstered its Court of Protection team in Southampton with the arrival of Tim Bennett as Legal Director. Tim Joined Enable Law in May.
