MTV UK have announced that chart toppers Clean Bandit and British DJ Jax Jones will complete the amazing line-up for this year’s MTV Crashes Plymouth.

Day One of the biggest music event in the South West (Thursday 27 July) will see Clean Bandit, Sigma with guest Birdy, Charli XCX , Busted, and Louisa Johnson wow the crowds.

If that isn’t enough excitement, Club MTV on Day Two (Friday 28 July) Martin Garrix, Duke Dumont B2B Gorgon City, Wilkinson and Jax Jones will take to the stage. Club MTV favourites R3WIRE & Varski will also be returning to the sunny south coast to get music fans dancing the night away on Plymouth Hoe.

After selling over 25 million singles worldwide, Clean Bandit have had a monumental year having released their gigantic hits ‘Rockabye’ featuring Anne-Marie and Sean Paul and ‘Symphony’ featuring Zara Larsson, both smashing the charts and reaching number one around the world.

Clean Bandit said: “We are so excited to be joining the huge line-up at this year’s Crashes, we can’t wait to party at this amazing event!”

British DJ and Grammy nominee Jax Jones has had over 275 million combined Spotify streams from smash tracks ‘House Work’ and number one hit ‘You Don’t Know Me’ featuring Raye. The international DJ has gone from strength to strength and has delivered some of the biggest tunes in the last year.

He said: “I can’t wait to play all my tracks live for the amazing crowd in Plymouth, the atmosphere always looks incredible.”

Following the success of last year’s MTV Crashes Plymouth, which boasted a line-up of Rudimental, Jess Glynne and Raleigh Ritchie, MTV are heading back to Britain’s Ocean City for another double hit of performances from some of the biggest names from around the globe.

Tickets are on sale at £15 per day or £27.50 for both days (plus booking fees).

MTV Crashes Plymouth will be broadcast on MTV’s flagship UK music TV channels, showcasing some of the biggest names in the charts right now.
