Do you hear what we hear? That’s the sound of Dogs Trust Ilfracombe decking the halls with bow wows of holly in preparation for its annual Christmas Fair on Saturday 7th November.

Taking place at Braunton Parish Hall from 9.30am-12.30pm, the annual event promises to be a great day out for all the family with four-legged friends invited to join in the fun too!

Highlights of the day include a tombola, grand raffle and a fun kid’s zone with games galore. There will also be the opportunity to get a head start on your Christmas shopping with many stalls selling stocking fillers, treats, Dogs Trust merchandise and Christmas cards.

Claire Joselin, Supporter Relations Office at Dogs Trust Ilfracombe, says: "Our Christmas Fair is always a highlight of our calendar and this year promises to be another great day out for the whole family. Please come along, enjoy some festive refreshments and join in the fun. With all proceeds of items sold going towards the care of our dogs  at the rehoming centre whilst they await new homes, it’s a wonderful way to raise pounds for hounds and give back this Christmas.”

“We are also in need of volunteers to help out on the day so if anyone is interested in coming along and lending a hand, please call me on 01271 817716.”

Dogs Trust Ilfracombe Christmas Fair is taking place at Braunton Parish Hall, Braunton, EX33 2ES on Saturday 7th November, 9.30am-12.30pm. Entry is 50p for adults and free for children and dogs. Parking is available in the village.

Dogs Trust is the UK’s largest dog welfare charity.  We care for nearly 17,000 dogs every year through our nationwide network of 20 rehoming centres in the UK and one in Ireland.
