'Eggcellent' Easter events in Plymouth

Enjoy the Easter holidays in with lots of ‘eggcellent’ events and offers. Whether it’s a day out with the family or an extended weekend break, there are plenty of things to do in Plymouth this Easter.

Here are just a few of the events taking place in Plymouth to be enjoyed over the Easter Holidays.

Saltram Easter Trail

Mount Edgcumbe Easter Egg Hunt

Boringdon Hall Easter Lunch and Egg Hunt
Enjoy lunch and an Easter egg hunt at Boringdon Hall. The Gallery Restaurant at Boringdon Hall provides an ornate and rich backdrop for an extra special Easter lunch. National Marine Aquarium
Visitors to the National Marine Aquarium this Easter will be able to learn about eggs of a very different variety, with a host of exciting activity dedicated to the huge array of weird and wonderful eggs found in our oceans. Children and adults alike can look forward to an Easter Eggstravaganza of activities and shows. There will also be the opportunity to meet some of the Aquarium’s very own underwater babies including Cuttlefish, Seahorses, Sharks, Rays and Jellyfish. http://www.national-aquarium.co.uk/

Pennywell Farm
Enjoy Easter fun and games with massive Easter Egg Hunts on Saturday(4th), Sunday (5th) and Monday (6th), plus guess the weight of the Easter bunny, meet the Easter babies and have a go at egg rolling and egg and spoon races. All this in addition to Pennywell’s famous half hourly activities; Dan the Hat and Nutty Noah will provide whacky entertainment on the 4th and 5th April.

Devonport Guildhall Easter Fayre
Devonport Guildhall is hosting its first Easter Fayre on Saturday 4th April! The Fayre will be open from 10am – 4pm, giving shoppers plenty of time to browse the selection of stalls. Column Bakehouse will also be open for that much needed pick-me-up, selling refreshments and of course their famous signature loaves of bread. The Easter Fayre will include a range of exciting stalls with plenty of food and gift inspiration, and it’s FREE entry.
