Drop in cars on the school run in Plymouth as pupils choose to walk, cycle or scoot to school

There has been a significant reduction in cars being used on the school run at schools in Plymouth, following work carried out by walking and cycling charity Sustrans, in partnership with Plymouth City Council, as part of the Plymotion: Bike It Plus programme.

NSPCC's Festival of Trees brings extra Christmas sparkle to Theatre Royal Plymouth

The NSPCC’s annual Festival of Trees event in the city is proving quite a Christmas showstopper at the Theatre Royal Plymouth this December.

Christmas appeal will keep Plymouth's rescued pets warm this winter

Send your warmest wishes to Plymouth’s unwanted pets and help them to stay cosy this winter by supporting Woodside Animal Welfare Trust’s Christmas Tree Appeal.
