Police have issued an Evofit of a man they are seeking in connection with an indecent exposure offence in Plymouth.

A man exposed himself to a female dog walker in Shakespeare Road, Manadon, at around 7.20am on 24 April.

He was sat in a black Ford Focus when the offence happened and had shouted over to the woman to draw her attention.

Police have now released an Evofit in the hope that the public can identify the man they would like to speak to about the offence.

The suspect is described as white, aged in his mid 40s, and of slight build. He had short mousey brown hair and a thin moustache, and was wearing a mustard-coloured T-shirt.

PC Steve Puckering, based in Plymouth, said: “The woman was left distressed by this incident. I would appeal to members of the public to contact the public if they can help us to identify the man in the Evofit.

“We would also like to hear from anyone who may have seen the black Ford Focus in the area at the time.”

Anyone with information to assist the investigation is asked to contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111, quoting crime reference CR/28145/15.
