Mego works with local people to improve their ability to attract employers and get hired. And we work with local employers to improve their ability to attract and hire local people. We do this by providing a unique mix of employment and recruitment services through out employment centres, the Mego job board and our recruitment hub in South Devon.

As our name suggests, Mego is all about the individual (ego means 'me' in Latin). We are here to help people with all employment related issues and problems. Most people don't receive or have access to the support, guidance, advice and coaching they need when they really need it - and that's exactly what Mego does! We literally help people achieve their aspirations.

Likewise employers; most don't manage the recruitment process as well as they could and most would benefit from improving their 'employer brand'. Mego does this too.
