Plymouth hosts GMB Congress 500 delegates from Britain's thrid largest trade union are attending the GMB Congress 2013 at Plymouth Pavilions this week. The elected delegates are representing over 620,000 GMB members from all parts of the UK and Ireland and from every sector.
