A 51-year-old man and his 8-year-old daughter have been killed and four other members of the same family injured in a speedboat accident in the Camel Estuary near Padstow harbour.
The man has now been formally identified and named as Nicholas Milligan, from Wandsworth in London. Nick Milligan was a television sales executive for Sky. His daughter has not yet been named.

The Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) are investigating whether the discharging of a Taser gun by a police officer led to the death of 32-year-old Andrew Pimlott who sustained serious burn injuries.
The IPCC has confirmed that Mr Pimlott died in Frenchay Hospital, Bristol, on 23 April following the incident in a rear garden in Honicknowle in Plymouth.
