Triathlon for Cavitron Fund

Come along to watch and cheer on the participants as they:

• Gig row from Cawsand Beach to Breakwater,
• Swim back o Cawsand beach 
• Run to around the fort and back to Kingsand Square

Then off to the pub for some much needed refreshment.

There's a BBQ, Raffle and Cake.
