Bandamonium Devon 2026: 30 Brass Bands Unite for Massive Free Music Festival and Global Live Stream, 24th-26th July 2026.

Sponsored by Geneva Instruments Devon’s premier brass music celebration, Bandamonium, returns this year with its biggest lineup to date, featuring 30 spectacular brass bands in a day of non-stop musical performances. In a passionate commitment to keeping live music accessible, the entire festival remains completely free for both participating bands and audiences.

Music lovers worldwide can experience every note live, as organizers launch a free, high-definition live stream covering all band performances. The event will culminate in a spectacular, unmissable massed bands finale, bringing hundreds of musicians together simultaneously.

In addition, Sunday 26th July we will also be launching the Bandamonium Bandits – open to all learners where they have a unique chance to play massed bands at both Hatherleigh & Okehampton bandstands.

Organizers of Bandamonium Devon have announced a thrilling Sunday expansion to this year’s free festival: the official launch of the Bandamonium Bandits. This brand-new initiative is completely open to all music learners, providing an inclusive platform for developing musicians to showcase their talents.

The Bandits will take centre stage on Sunday, performing exhilarating massed bands concerts at two historic community hubs: Hatherleigh and the Okehampton Bandstand. Like the main festival, participation for players and entry for audiences is 100% free.

  • Bandamonium Bandits Launch: A dedicated new group welcoming brass and percussion learners of all ages and skill levels.
  • Dual-Location Performances: Live massed bands concerts taking place at both Hatherleigh and the Okehampton Bandstand.
