Plymouth Ski and Snowboard Centre offers the chance to try skiing and snowboarding as part of national campaign

Plymouth Ski and Snowboard Centre will be offering people the chance to ski or snowboard at discounted prices this October as part of a national snowsports participation initiative run by Snowsport England.

30 Days of Snowsport (www.30daysofsnowsport.org.uk) which is sponsored by Visit Andorra, is running at indoor and dry slopes across the country from 2nd – 31st October 2017, and is aimed at giving people a taste of skiing and snowboarding as well as providing opportunities for those who have already caught the bug to try something different – whether that is ski racing, freestyle or roller skiing.

30 Days of Snowsport at Plymouth Ski and Snowboard Centre will see ski or snowboard sessions on offer for half price for the three remaining Mondays in October. No pre booking is required and sessions start at 6.30pm. Prices are £10 for juniors (8-16 years) and £15 for adults.

Returning for its fourth year, the campaign comes at the start of an exciting season for skiing and snowboarding, with the Winter Olympics and Paralympics taking place next February and March in PyeongChang, South Korea.

30 Days of Snowsport is sponsored by Visit Andorra. A popular destination for first time skiers. This is the second year of the partnership, part of an ongoing programme with Snowsport England encouraging more people to try snowsports.
