Gavin is New Agency Surveyor

Stratton Creber Commercial has announced a new appointment within its agency department.

Gavin Sagar, 42, from Kingsbridge, has joined the firm’s Plymouth office and will specialise in the disposal and acquisition of retail, office, industrial and investment properties.

With more than 25 years experience in the residential property sector, Gavin started his career with one of the UK’s largest corporate agencies.

He went on to manage a number of successful independent offices in a variety of locations across the North and South West.

Gavin says: “I am delighted to have joined Stratton Creber Commercial in Plymouth and look forward to furthering my career within the field of commercial agency. Having worked within the residential sector for so many years I am excited by the new challenge. Being part of such a highly regarded and experienced team in Plymouth has certainly ensured a smooth transition process”.
