The Plymouth University Raiders' Academy at City College Plymouth, has had its fixtures announced for the 2014/15 season.

The team will compete in the Elite Academy Basketball League - the very highest level of competition they could play in nationally, and this year, will be facing some of the biggest and most successful names in Academy basketball. City College Plymouth will face the likes of Harris Academy (coached by former LA Lakers player Steve Bucknall), Barking Abbey, and South Gloucestershire and Stroud College (coached by BBL team Bristol Flyers coaches Andreas Kapoulas and Guy Coles).

It's set to be a baptism of fire for the new City College Academy, who will be in their first year of competition in the EABL.

Meanwhile, a renovation of the City College Plymouth Sports Centre is underway - readying it for the influx of Raiders basketball there this season. Along with the Academy training and home games, the BBL will use CCP's facilities to train, and each of the National League teams will train and play home games there too.
