National Trust seek sporting volunteers
The National Trust properties of Saltram House and Gardens and Plymbridge Woods are looking for volunteers to support the Sports Development Officer in running various events, activities and sessions this summer.
The majority of this volunteering will be from July to September on a variety of days and weekends. We are looking for enthusiastic people who love the outdoors, enjoy talking to people, are comfortable with all ages and background, a good team player and would like to be part of the National Trust.
If you have an interest in sports or any previous experience that would be great but is not essential. In return we can offer any training necessary to support the role, appropriate clothing, equipment to fulfil the duties as well as a generous staff discount scheme, other potential volunteering opportunities and the chance to belong to a great conservation organisation. A clean driving license and own transport would also be useful but not essential, travelling expenses are available.
