
LHC Architecture announce exciting promotions
Leading south west architecture and urban design practice LHC is pleased to announce significant staff promotions within the Exeter and Plymouth studios.
Architect Andrew Aust is being made Associate after working for the company for over eight years. Formerly Senior Project Architect, Andrew has designed many high profile and award winning schemes.
Chair of the South West branch of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Manager of the Plymouth studio and with over 15 years experience, Graham Devine is being promoted to Director.
Chartered Landscape architect Paul Osborne who has been with LHC since May 2013 and leads the Landscape and Urban Design team has been promoted from Associate Director to Urban Design Director.
Experienced Urban Designer and Landscape Architect, Ian Richardson, is being promoted to Associate after being with the firm for seven years.
Four members of the LHC team are also progressing in their qualifications and look set to become the next generation of qualified architects within the firm. Emmet Hanley, Tom Souster, Martin Simpson and Simon Teague are all working towards the Part 3 stage of their architecture education, which when passed, will see them all become fully qualified.
The four members have all been mentored by a qualified architect from one the studios in order to develop skills and applied knowledge in relation to professional conduct and competence to practice as an architect.
