Apple has recently released the final versions of iOS 15, much to every iPhone user's excitement. It is believed that this new function will provide major updates to everyday usage and simple activities within the phone, meaning the immediate changes can be recognised very easily. It is not just with the iPhone 13 models, that will have access to the new software update, even the older models will be free to download the update to their phones.

Many gamers and gamblers who rely heavily on mobile usage to complete their daily entertainment, may be worried about the compatibility with projected iOS changes. The official 888 Poker Site in Canada, amongst other platforms, will be fully compatible with iOS 15 systems, meaning all poker gambling enthusiasts will still be able to gamble as normal with no disruption with new software changes.

The general public have been able to access the Apple updates via beta versions, meaning anyone who is interested in having full access and view the changes, can do so. However user's should not need to worry too long, as the iOS 15 installation is actually all ready to go and be released. It has been mentioned in Apple press releases, that the new system update will require a complete and mandatory back up to phones, to get the full benefits of the latest update features.

A new iPhone would be a great decision to ensure a backup strategy is fully utilised, and is a great opportunity to get a fresh experience of the latest updates for applications. You have two options as a potential iOS user, one is to make sure you upgrade your Cloud storage to ensure that everything is backed up and updated, another would be to import an update through the settings on the general tab. While this is certainly a long way to doing so, the first download of the software is pretty extensive meaning you will need to be patient with the update and make sure you have plenty of time to embrace the new changes regardless. A restart of your mobile phone will usually be required too, so make sure you can complete it without any disruptions.

The best way that has been found to be the most convenient, is to update during the time you are asleep at night. Apple has this great hack which can optimise a software update, during the times of the day which you most definitely will not be needing your phone. This optimised update usually occurs in the early hours of the morning i.e. 3am or 4am, however you can choose to alter the time, to make sure it is definitely convenient for you. Another thing to mention is, should you wish to make use of the smart update, ensure your mobile is plugged into a charging socket, as the update will require a phone battery of 80% upwards.

So, now down to the technical mentions of this new update, the new software really does provide a long list of new features that can be looked over down below.

Facetime for Everyone

This feature involves a video chat feature that allows people to facetime, even from a browser, meaning Zoom - the popular video conferencing tool, Android and Google Meets will now have a lot of competition, being that facetime was only possible if both users/party have an iPhone or Mac Device.

Distraction notification management

We all know that 'do not disturb' was a feature we all used when we had to take ourselves away from our mobile i.e. for work, sleep etc. Now Apple presents a new feature that updates the 'do not disturb' to higher levels of practicality. You can slow down all the personal aspects to your phone, meaning anything that does not categorically match your work mode can be silenced at a certain time of the day. This is automatically enabled, however can be adjusted and further filtered to make sure you can get all access to certain select features on your phone (should you choose to).

Live texting

This new feature will recognise text within photos and can be used in a countless number of ways. You can call a number directly from a picture, and this definitely will be a god send to those that took pictures of numbers and had to repeatedly refer back to that number as they enter it into their number keypad. This does not just apply to calls however, you can also get access to Wi-Fi passwords from taking a picture of a WILAN at a cafe, your friends house and so on.

Safari

The safari browser has a completely new-look to it, where the tab and bar has been completely revised, and can hover your page and is not only confined within the safari page. This will also apply to extensions such as Chrome and Yahoo too, you will just need to activate it from your settings. Safari bears great similarities with the Firefox browser but newest versions of Firefox offer better blocking of cryptomining scripts.

Whether you decide to purchase the new iPhone model 13 to be released, or you are deciding to stick with whatever phone you have at the moment, one thing is for sure; the new update will be available for all models up until iPhone 6s. Of course the later your mobile model is, the more technologically optimised it will be for your user experience. Regardless, we are all thrilled to get our hands on the new update.
