Thames Valley Police appeal to locate wanted man

Thames Valley Police is appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of a man who is wanted in connection with an assault in Aylesbury.

Anthony Hinton is wanted in connection with an assault of a 23-year-old woman in Fowler Road at about 7.30pm on Tuesday 18 November.

During the incident a man assaulted the victim by hitting her in the face with a bag, spitting in her face and stamping on her foot.

The victim did not require hospital treatment following the incident.

Hinton is white, about 5ft 11ins, slim, with short dark brown hair, pock marks on his face, clean shaven and has a number of missing teeth.

Hinton also speaks with a Liverpool accent.

Hinton has links to Holborn in London as well as Plymouth in Devon. Thames Valley Police is sharing its appeal with both the Metropolitan Police and Devon and Cornwall Police.
